It’s been a month and a half since Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone was announced. That’s how long fans have had to wait for the first gameplay preview of this post-apocalyptic action RPG, which is different from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl. The sequel to Chernobylite sticks to the cornerstone, the atmosphere of a horror sci-fi survival shooter. Polish studio The Farm 51 wants to make everything better and more prominent. Whether it’s hordes of terrifying monsters, mysterious anomalies, or an expanded combat system emphasizing melee combat and item crafting, check out our review of the first episode on our website.

A New Perspective on Survival: What to Expect from Chernobylite 2

In the one-minute gameplay trailer, we look at the open world of the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone with familiar locations. Also of interest is the camera switching, where you’ll use a third-person view during stealth sections and combat while exploring the terrain from your own eyes. This will make you enjoy exploring the environment more and knowing exactly what’s happening around you during combat. You’ll have a diverse arsenal of weapons, allowing you to take any approach to situations. You will wage war not only against monsters but also against factions. Negotiations are also in store. Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone will be released in 2025 on PC and most likely only on the next-gen PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
